Stepping into Hotel Simsek felt like immersing in a true Ottoman atmosphere, with its authentic local decorations and elegantly designed rooms featuring traditional Turkish motifs. The staff, always ready to assist and genuinely kind, added a welcoming touch to our stay. The room, with its large balcony overlooking the green garden, provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring the city.The on-site bar offered a variety of drinks, perfect for unwinding, and the a la carte restaurant served delicious Turkish cuisine that delighted our taste buds. The convenient location, just a stone's throw away from Trakya University and the bus station, made it an ideal base for our short stay.Although the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, it was best suited for a brief stay, as the value for money shines for a single night. An excellent choice for a quick stopover in Edirne.
